RETURN POLICY

1.1. Customers must email us at info@seamlessales.com to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

1.2. The return request must include the order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

2. Eligibility for Return

2.1. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our office.

4. Acceptance of Initial Delivery

4.1. Customers are required to accept the initial delivery of the order. Failure to accept the delivery may result in a fee of €25 deducted from the refund amount.

 

5. Refund Process

5.1. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund within seven business days.

5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exclusions

6.1. The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Personalized or customized items
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
